Dr. Hollingshead is board certified in ophthalmology and is one of the most experienced cataract and LASIK surgeons in Idaho, and was one of the first surgeons in Idaho to perform the revolutionary LASIK procedure.

Dr. Barrett is a board certified, fellowship trained surgeon who provides expert care in the surgical and medical management of corneal diseases, cataract surgery, and refractive LASIK and PRK surgery.

Dr. Woolf is a board certified, fellowship trained glaucoma specialist. His focus is on surgical glaucoma and cataract surgery. He is trained extensively with many of the new technological innovations within glaucoma care.

In addition to being part of our optometrist team, the American Optometric Association, and the Idaho Optometric Physician’s society, Dr. Hatfield also serves as the Officer in Charge of the optometry clinic for the Idaho Air National Guard.

Dr. Blaylock provides primary care optometry, including accurate diagnoses and management for patients with AMD, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, dry eye, and other ocular disease.
